Our Story
Care Plus is a locally owned and operated healthcare clinic based on the island of Oahu. We specialize in delivering personalized healthcare services to patients in Hawaii, right in the comfort of their own homes. Our Care Plus program offers a variety of medical services such as Urgent care, Primary Care, Geriatrics and more, which utilizes telemedicine, health-monitoring equipment, and chronic disease management services to provide comprehensive care.
We prioritize convenience and comfort in healthcare, offering patients the ability to consult with a doctor through their phone or computer, eliminating the need for waiting rooms, travel, or transportation to a physician’s office.
Formerly known as Ohana Pacific Medical, we have rebranded to Care Plus to better reflect our commitment to enhanced patient care and wellness. With four locations across Oahu - Honolulu, Makiki, Hawaii Kai, and Liliha, St Francis Campus - we ensure that our services are accessible to those who need them.
