Yes! Care Plus does accept insurance.
You can pay for your visit with most health insurance plans. Before scheduling a visit, please contact your insurance company or call our office to verify your insurance provider. Here's how it works:

After scheduling online, enter your health insurance information to our secure site

Bring your health insurance card and photo ID to your visit

After your visit, your insurance company will give you an estimate of what your insurance company will pay and what you'll owe

You will pay your portion before you leave (if applicable, this is your co-payment amount)

Health insurance details to know before your visit:
Call your insurance company to determine how much they will cover for a visit. Most of our visits are billed as primary care, though some services—such as Geriatric Specialists—are billed as specialist care.
Ohana Pacific Medical, (D.B.A Care Plus) is in-network for most health insurance plans. Copay, Coinsurance, and/or Deductible is based on each individual insurance plan. Contact your insurance company for any questions about coverage.
Care Plus makes every attempt to verify a patient's insurance benefits prior to the beginning of their visit. If your insurance company isn’t able to verify your benefits, once your insurance company has processed the claim, we'll collect your portion of the bill. This process typically takes 30 to 45 days.
